Thank you for using FinalForms at the Scioto County CTC! Before you begin, please make sure that your student is a first year student at the CTC. If so, continue using the registration process to get them setup.


If your child attended the CTC last year, you will be logging into the same account you used last year to update forms. Please do not register your child again because it will cause you extra work and delay your ability to complete all forms.
